    在生产铜单丝的过程中,我们往往会忘记对皂液的维护与保养,在实际生产过程中,将皂液维护好是高效高质生产的一个大前提。

    皂液起到三个作用。清洗,铜杆在拉伸过程中,不断产生细微的铜粉,皂液不断冲洗模孔,避免模孔堵塞;冷却,铜杆变形时产生热量,皂液将热量迅速传导出去,降低铜线与模孔的温度,防止线材因温度过高产生氧化变色现象;润滑,在铜线与模孔间保持一层润滑模,避免模具与金属直接接触粘连,降低摩擦系数减少摩擦,使金属沿受力方向均匀变形,并可增加铜材的变形程度,减少能量消耗和加工道数,延长模具使用寿命。由此可以看出,皂液的质量将直接影响拉线的质量。EV-WDYJYJ充电桩电缆

    皂液对拉线的影响有三个方面:

    (一)浓度,润滑效果与浓度有密切关系。皂液度增大,铜材与模壁的摩擦系数减小,相应的摩擦力也减小,拉伸力也随之下降。反之,摩擦力增大,所需拉伸力也上升。然浓度过大,皂液的粘度也随之上升,冲洗模孔的作用将减小,且拉伸中产生的铜粉不易被皂液冲洗带走,造成线材表面起槽等质量问题;浓度过小,铜粉易悬浮在皂液中,不易沉淀,将影响润滑效果及拉伸后单丝表面质量。因此,浓度的控制很重要,相对于铜大拉而言,浓度在5%~8%之间是一个比较理想的状态。EV-WDYJYJ充电桩电缆

    (二)温度,当皂液的温度过高,线材拉伸时产生的热量不易带走,使铜材与模具的温度升高,并使单丝氧化变色,降低模具使用寿命,也会影响幼稚润滑膜的强度,润滑效果下降。皂液温度过高,还易产生油水分离现象,对设备及模具的寿命都会造成影响。铜大拉皂液温度应控制在25~55℃。

    (三)清洁度,简单的说即是它的酸碱度,当呈酸性时,皂液内部容易滋生厌氧菌,造成液体发黑发臭,腐蚀铜材与设备;当呈强碱性时,残留在铜线表面的皂液也会对其造成腐蚀,因而皂液的PH值在7~7.5左右*为适宜。

    影响皂液的外界因素有两点:

    (一)循环量,皂液池内液体循环至设备内部的循环量要大,若循环量小,机体内温度高,流速慢,则散热效果不明显,出现上述(二)内描述的情况。循环量大,不仅冷却效果好,也影响其清洗效果,皂液一直在循环,内部充盈氧气,不易滋生厌氧菌。

    (二)皂液间通风效果,皂液间空气流通则不会形成密封的环境,则厌氧菌没有合适的生存空间,使得皂液的寿命得到保障;另外,通风效果良好,对皂液的温度也有轻微影响,皂液池散热快,避免出现油温过高的现象。
